Evolutionary Training (ET) is a combination of strength, cardiovascular, calisthenics and isometric training fused into one workout.  ET is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. This training is specifically designed to work for both genders, of any age or fitness level.  ET is delivered through three programs, each providing a full, intense and powerful body workout.  The three programs are:  Boot Camps, Sports Camps and Body Transformation Training.  The programs are designed for the client’s interests, abilities and goals.  Each one teaches proper form and techniques to the participants.  The ET programs will not only transform the participant’s body, but encourage and inspire them to become focused, disciplined and confident.  With Evolutionary Training, participants see progress from week to week, not from month to month as with a typical training program.
